TV AND MOVIE TOYS

I’m trying to find out what the name of this cartoon character is:
he is green, with a belt and denim color jeans…he has on shoes that are black with 3 white stripes on them and he has a green mohawk.
I am trying to find the name of the show he was on AND his name.
My boyfriend and I found the Action Figure but we can’t remember his name or the show name… I have googled it to try and find a picture but I cant find that. All we know is he is from a 90’s cartoon…
Anyone know the name?
